Double Closing

The Concierge package requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at checkout, with the remaining 50% due at closing. By purchasing this package, you agree to this payment schedule and authorize PeachTree TC to submit an invoice for the remaining balance to your title/escrow company or closing attorney.

Once we've started working on your transaction, refunds aren't available.

Simple reason:

We can't refund the time we've already invested protecting your deal.

If you have questions before purchasing, ask them. We'd much rather have that conversation upfront than after the paperwork starts flying.
