Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account credentials, wire instructions, driver's licenses, passwords, or other highly sensitive financial or identity information through our general website forms, ordinary email, or text messages.

Transaction documents are not intended to be stored permanently by PeachTree.
PeachTree may retain transaction documents for up to 30 days following closing or termination of services and may thereafter delete them.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own permanent copies of transaction and closing documents.
Other information may be retained for longer periods when reasonably necessary for:

You don't need to submit a formal Privacy Request just to stop marketing communications.

For covered marketing texts, use the opt-out instructions provided with those communications or another legally recognized method.

PeachTree will process applicable marketing opt-outs in accordance with applicable law.

PeachTree provides business services for real estate investors and its website and services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
